This Foster Care Fortnight, we warmly invite you to our special information event. Meet our incredible foster carers and hear firsthand from the young people whose lives have changed.

This is a unique opportunity to connect, learn and discover a fostering option that suits you.

Our foster carers can access exceptional support and award winning training. Plus, we are offering a £2000 welcome bonus to people who start fostering with us in 2025. We have increased our professional fees in line with inflation too.

There has never been a better time to start fostering with Essex County Council. Have a warm drink and a chat to find out more. This is a drop-in event, so please feel free to come by anytime between 10am and 4pm. We hope to see you there!
