The Essex Construction Framework (ECF3) provides a compliant route to market for organisations across the UK.
Organisations can take advantage of the Framework from blue light and NHS services to Financial and Government Institutions, including London Boroughs and Local Authorities. (See full list under who can use the framework).
A compliant tender was run to select the successful contractors, meaning the pre-qualification stage has already been completed. This makes it quicker, easier and cheaper for you to compliantly access the market.
The service providers listed on the framework have been assessed for their financial stability, track record, experience and technical & professional ability.
Our Framework connects you to the 11 proficient contractors for all construction projects for the delivery of a large variety of construction projects. It is free to access, easy to use and fully compliant with all UK Procurement Legislation.
This user guide provides all the information you need to get started, including which contractors are available within each Lot. The Framework will run for four years concluding July 2028.
