The DIZ is an innovative, multi-area, cross-sector partnership part funded by Essex County Council. It looks at what digital might mean for Essex and surrounding areas.
The DIZ has delivered many projects including:
- delivering fibre broadband to all the GP surgeries across the DIZ
- delivered a large programme of seminars, presentations and newsletters on key digital opportunities and challenges for businesses
The aim is to make sure the area the DIZ works across is ‘digital ready’. This ensures our residents and businesses benefit from the opportunities digital can bring.
