Free SEND information sessions

We're running four free Special Educational Needs and/Disabilities (SEND) information events. Parents and carers will be able to access advice and guidance. Different SEND teams and professionals will also be on hand to answer any questions.

The events are being delivered as part of the Essex Local Offer. The Local Offer provides information about support for children and young people aged between 0 to 25, with SEND. This includes help with education, care, health and wellbeing. It also includes information about local support, such as parent groups, and activities.

The Local Offer is available to all families, regardless of the support a child receives or whether they have a diagnosis.

The events are in-person and will take place between 9.30am and 12.30pm at the following locations:

Mid Essex - Tuesday 15 October
Champions Manor Hall, Hullbridge Road, South Woodham Ferrers, CM3 5LJ

North east Essex - Wednesday 23 October
