If you, your friend or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 999.

If you think that you, your friend or someone you know is being hurt or frightened by someone they know or online, call the children's line on 0345 603 7627. This phone line is open Monday to Thursday 8:45 am to 5pm, and Fridays 8:45am to 4:15pm.
 

For out of hours or bank holidays, call the emergency duty team on 0345 606 1212.

It's normal to feel worried about getting in touch. But we're here to help you. We will always listen to you and take what you have to say seriously.

If you're worried about calling, talk to an adult you trust such as a teacher and they can report it for you.

If you prefer, you can contact childline to talk through what you're worried about.

What will happen after you talk to us

We work with lots of people who may be able to support you. Together, we will talk through the best way to help you or your friend.
