A number of our phone lines will be briefly unavailable on Tuesday 11 February from 6:30pm. Changes are being made outside of opening hours to minimise disruption. Our out of hours services are not impacted.

Swan House Foyer provide short term (1 to 2 years) supported housing for single young people.
How it can help
Support includes:
- personalised support plan to help residents achieve their goals
- 24/7 on-site support
- out of hours telephone service
- the resident leads deliver activities and buddy new residents
- workshops for young people
