How it can help
Sisters in Strength is a five week mentoring programme for girls and young women who are:
- currently in an abusive relationship
- at risk of entering into an abusive relationship
- at risk of becoming a potential perpetrator within a relationship
They offer support with:
- making relationships work
- relationships in a digital world
- confidence, manners and respect
- consequences and healthy relationships
