Temporary phone line disruption
A number of our phone lines will be briefly unavailable on Tuesday 11 February from 6:30pm. Changes are being made outside of opening hours to minimise disruption. Our out of hours services are not impacted.
The Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Family Helpline (BOLOH)
A helpline provided by Barnados for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people.
How it can help
They offer:
- a helpline that offers advice and information
- emotional and therapeutic support
- support for asylum seekers
- support for Hong Kong status holders
The helpline advisors and therapists speak a range of languages with access to interpreters when required.
