They campaign for greater access to healthcare for trans individuals. They raise funds to give small cash grants to trans individuals to access healthcare. They provide information for trans people about their health care, including:
- list of gender identify clinics
- information on hormone therapy
- list of trans friendly GP's
- guide on what to expect when seeking transition related treatment
