A number of our phone lines will be briefly unavailable on Tuesday 11 February from 6:30pm. Changes are being made outside of opening hours to minimise disruption. Our out of hours services are not impacted.
1 Up Collective
A group that works to help young people identify and reach their potential through education and social inclusion.
How it can help
The 1Up Collective supports young people with their personal development. They run specialist group programmes as well as one to one support. This could include alternative education, sport and wellbeing activities.
The team is made up of specialists in:

- creative industries
- sport
Advice and training is also available for those working with young people. Professionals and businesses can access:
- training for staff working with young people
- impact measurement services
- consulting services
