Getting an advocate

What an advocate is, and how to access the service.

An advocate is someone who can help you, be on your side and speak up for you. They do not work for us, so they are completely independent.

They can help if you have a problem or are not being listened to.

You can access this support for free through a service called VoiceAbility.

Find out more on the VoiceAbility website or call them on 0300 303 1660.
