Keeping your emergency plan updated
It is important to keep your emergency plan updated. If the information provided is not accurate or up to date it could impact our ability to provide care.
You should tell us if:
- the person you care for has a change of diagnosis or care needs
- any of your emergency contacts change
- you, the person you care for, or any of your emergency contacts have a change of address or phone number
- the person you care for has a new GP
- you start helping with new or different tasks and activities
- any changes to the household of the person you care for
There may also be other changes or new developments that you feel are important for us to know about.
