Repair or return loaned equipment
If you use equipment provided by Adult Social Care you will need to contact our third-party suppliers to request a repair or to return equipment.
We do not provide repair or maintenance for home adaptations.
If you purchased your equipment yourself then you will need to contact the provider which sold you the equipment.
If you are unsure who to contact, check for a label on your equipment. This should tell you who the provider is. They should also have sent you an email or letter, or given you a service information leaflet when you got your equipment.
