Overview

We can advise you on whether your proposal is likely to benefit from permitted development rights. We charge £60 (inclusive of VAT) per enquiry.

Please enquire using one of the forms below. These cover developments relating to schools, highways, minerals and waste. If your proposal does not fall into any of these categories, use the generic form.

Email your completed form with a cover letter and any other information requested in the form to the address below. The easiest way to pay is using our Minerals and Waste Planning Application Payments online form. You can also send a cheque made out to ‘Essex County Council’ to the address below.
