Essex Libraries Warm Welcomes
Essex Libraries are hosting Warm Welcomes across the county. They aim to bring people together and provide support to those that need it.
Warm Welcomes are sessions in libraries across Essex where you can drop by to enjoy a free hot tea or coffee, while keeping warm. Whilst there you can also make use of everything the library has to offer. No booking is needed.
