Temporary phone line disruption
A number of our phone lines will be briefly unavailable on Tuesday 11 February from 6:30pm. Changes are being made outside of opening hours to minimise disruption. Our out of hours services are not impacted.

They provide information and support services to people bereaved or seriously injured in road crashes.
How it can help
The service offer the following support:
- emotional support for road crash victims
- befriender service
- resilience building support programme
- online support groups for bereaved siblings or parents
- navigating the criminal justice system
- seeking compensation
- advocacy and case work support
