A number of our phone lines will be briefly unavailable on Tuesday 11 February from 6:30pm. Changes are being made outside of opening hours to minimise disruption. Our out of hours services are not impacted.
PTSD Resolution
Enables veterans with limited resources to receive effective local support.
How it can help
The service support former members of the UK armed forces, a reservist or a family member that suffers from post- traumatic stress, trauma or other mental health symptoms such as depression, flashbacks and nightmares.
The programme offers:
- one hour therapy sessions
- one to one therapy

If the line is busy or outside the hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, please leave a brief message with your number, and it will be replied to as soon as possible that day or early the next.
