The hub offers consultations and priority calls depending on your need. Consultations are usually for professionals working with families who would fall into the level 2 or level 3 categories of support. Priority calls normally involve raising a concern about a child who might fall into the level 4 category.
The call advisor will listen to your concerns and signpost support.
How to access
The Priority Line is open Monday to Thursday 8:45 am to 5pm, and Fridays 8:45am to 4:15pm.
The Consultation Line is open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, and Fridays 9am to 4:15pm.
